About Me
I’m a massage therapist and yoga teacher with 15+ years of experience in the health and wellness industry. I discovered lymphatic drainage therapy shortly after graduating from massage school and knew immediately it was what I was meant to do for a living.
Soon after beginning my lymphatic therapy practice, I discovered a device that upleveled my clients' experience and outcomes—the Lymphstar Pro Fusion.
My specialization in manual lymphatic techniques, coupled with the vibrational technology of the Lymphstar Pro, has been a profound and significant healing combination for my clients. I’m honored to hold a heart-centered space for each of my clients, and love educating them (or anyone I meet!) on the importance of the lymphatic system, and the power of our breath and our daily habits to influence this system.
The reverence I hold for the lymphatics is unabiding. I have a near-obsessive passion for this elusive, important, and undervalued system. I’m honored to both educate and learn from others on this journey.
Throughout the last decade, I have had the honor to work at numerous prestigious alternative health centers, including The Center for New Medicine / Cancer Center for Healing with Dr. Leigh Erin Connealy, Magnolia Wellness, and Know Your Options Wellness Center—in addition to maintaining a private practice in Tustin, CA.
